3. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

Quotes provided by KBBR may include:

Unless otherwise stated in writing, a quote is an estimate and may change if project specifications change.

KBBR may rely on information supplied by the customer.

6. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED LOGOS AND DESIGNS

Customers who submit logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, or other materials represent that they have the legal right to use and provide those materials.

The customer grants KBBR permission to use submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to fulfill the customer’s order or services.

The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property supplied by the customer.

 

7. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices are stated in the applicable quote, invoice, order, or rental agreement.

KBBR may require a deposit before beginning manufacturing, customization, delivery, or rental preparation.

The remaining balance must be paid according to the applicable invoice or agreement.

Failure to make required payments may result in:

• Delayed production

• Cancellation

• Suspension of services

• Additional fees

• Loss of rental availability

• Collection activity

KBBR reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be properly processed.

 

8. DEPOSITS

Deposits may be required for custom orders and rentals.

Customers may not intentionally alter, modify, dismantle, repair, relocate, or materially change rental equipment without authorization from KBBR.

 

11. DAMAGE, LOSS, AND MISUSE

The customer may be financially responsible for damage, loss, theft, unauthorized modification, misuse, or destruction of rented equipment occurring during the customer’s rental period or while the equipment is under the customer’s control, except to the extent caused by KBBR’s negligence or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Charges may include reasonable costs associated with:

• Repairs

• Replacement parts

• Replacement equipment

• Labor

• Transportation

• Cleaning

• Restoration

• Lost rental availability

Normal wear and tear is distinguished from damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized alterations, or improper handling.

 

12. DELIVERY

Delivery requirements will be established before delivery whenever possible.

Customers are responsible for providing:

• Accurate delivery information

• Reasonable site access

• A safe delivery area

• Necessary permissions

• Required loading or unloading access

Delivery delays may occur because of weather, traffic, equipment issues, site conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond KBBR’s reasonable control.

 

13. INSTALLATION

When installation is purchased, KBBR will perform the agreed-upon installation services.

Customers must provide a suitable installation location.

The customer is responsible for obtaining any required:

• Venue approval

• Building approval

• Event approval

• Permits

• Property-owner permission

• Local authorization

Unless expressly included in writing, KBBR does not provide venue permitting or event approval services.

 

14. SITE CONDITIONS

KBBR is not responsible for conditions at a customer’s site that prevent or interfere with delivery or installation.

Examples may include:

• Uneven surfaces

• Insufficient space

• Blocked entrances

• Inadequate access

• Unsafe conditions

• Structural limitations

• Weather conditions

• Electrical or lighting limitations

• Other site-specific conditions

Additional labor or transportation charges may apply when unexpected site conditions require additional work.

 

15. SAFETY AND APPROVED USE

Boxing rings are athletic equipment and may involve inherent risks.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ring is used appropriately and by qualified or supervised participants.

Customers must follow applicable:

• Manufacturer instructions

• Assembly instructions

• Safety instructions

• Inspection procedures

• Event rules

• Applicable laws and regulations

Customers must not use equipment that appears damaged, unstable, improperly assembled, or otherwise unsafe.

Customers should immediately discontinue use and contact KBBR if a potentially dangerous condition is discovered.

 

16. INSPECTION

Before use, the customer or responsible event operator should inspect the boxing ring and related equipment.

The inspection should include, as applicable:

• Frame

• Posts

• Ropes

• Rope attachments

• Turnbuckles

• Corner pads

• Canvas

• Flooring

• Hardware

• Stairs

• Other structural components

Any suspected defect or damage should be reported to KBBR before the equipment is used.

 

17. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

KBBR may offer maintenance and repair services.

Customers should not perform significant structural repairs or modifications without appropriate authorization.

Unauthorized modifications may void applicable warranties or service commitments.

 

18. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation terms may vary depending on whether the order involves:

• Custom manufacturing

• Rental equipment

• Delivery

• Installation

• Custom branding

• Special-order materials

Cancellation charges, deposits, and refund eligibility will be stated in the applicable agreement or invoice.

 

19. REFUNDS

Custom specifications will be governed by the applicable quote, drawing, contract, or written approval.

 

22. WARRANTIES
