This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Kelly’s Boxing Ring Builder & Rentals LLC (“KBBR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles delivery of boxing rings, equipment, accessories, and related products.
This policy should be read together with the applicable purchase agreement, rental agreement, quote, invoice, and Terms & Conditions.

6. DELIVERY SCHEDULING

When breakdown and pickup are included:
Event → Breakdown → Loading → Pickup
The customer’s rental period does not automatically extend because an event begins late or ends early.
8. INSTALLATION SERVICES
Installation is available when specifically included in the customer’s quote or rental agreement.

Additional services not included in the original quote may result in additional charges.
9. CUSTOMER DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES
Before delivery, the customer must ensure that the delivery location is reasonably accessible.
The customer is responsible for providing:

Appropriate parking

Loading/unloading access

Sufficient installation space
-
Venue permission
-
Required access credentials
-
Accurate directions

Contact personnel
The customer must notify KBBR before delivery if the location has:

Stairs

Narrow doors

Gravel or difficult terrain

Restricted parking

Security checkpoints

Loading restrictions

Limited access hours

Other unusual conditions
10. SITE ACCESS
If KBBR cannot reasonably access the delivery or installation location because of undisclosed conditions, additional charges may apply.
Examples include:

Blocked entrances

Vehicles blocking access

Locked gates

Restricted loading zones

Venue access restrictions

Insufficient space

Unsafe conditions

Incorrect address

Customer or venue personnel unavailable
If delivery cannot reasonably be completed, KBBR may need to reschedule.
11. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If KBBR arrives at the agreed delivery location but cannot complete delivery because of customer-related circumstances, the customer may be responsible for additional:

Travel charges

Labor
-
Waiting time
-
Fuel
-
Rescheduling
-
Delivery charges
Any additional charges will be communicated when reasonably practicable.
12. INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
Customers should inspect the equipment upon delivery.
For rentals, the customer and KBBR representative should complete an Equipment Condition Report when applicable.
Customers should report visible damage or missing components before accepting the equipment.
Photographs may be taken to document the condition of equipment.
13. DAMAGE DURING DELIVERY
KBBR will make reasonable efforts to protect equipment during transportation.
If equipment arrives damaged, the condition should be documented immediately.
Customers should:

Photograph the damage.

Notify the KBBR representative.

Contact KBBR promptly.
-
Avoid using equipment that appears unsafe.
KBBR will evaluate reported damage and determine the appropriate resolution.
14. DELIVERY DELAYS
Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances including:

Accidents

Vehicle problems

Equipment problems

Road closures

Natural disasters

Venue restrictions

Supply-chain disruptions

Other circumstances beyond KBBR’s reasonable control
KBBR will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.
15. WEATHER CONDITIONS
KBBR may delay delivery or installation when weather conditions create an unreasonable safety risk for personnel, equipment, or customers.
For outdoor events, customers should have an appropriate plan for weather conditions.
KBBR may recommend postponement, relocation, or rescheduling when necessary.
16. OUTDOOR DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Customers requesting outdoor installation are responsible for providing a suitable location.
The customer should ensure:

Adequate space

Stable ground
-
Reasonable access
-
Weather protection when appropriate
-
Required venue approval
KBBR may refuse installation if site conditions are reasonably determined to be unsafe.
17. RESIDENTIAL DELIVERY
Residential delivery may be available for certain products.
Large boxing rings may require:

Special transportation arrangements
Customers should provide complete information about residential access before receiving a delivery quote.
18. COMMERCIAL AND VENUE DELIVERY
For gyms, arenas, schools, event centers, and other commercial facilities, customers are responsible for coordinating venue access.

19. FREIGHT DELIVERY
Certain products may be shipped through a freight carrier.
